Mcdodo (UK) offers 12-month warranty on products sold by us directly from the date of purchase. After it’s checked and tested to determine the cause of the failure, you can enjoy our 12-months warranty and free replacements.
Please note: this warranty policy is issued by Mcdodo (UK) and only applies to orders purchased from Mcdodo (UK) only.
What is not covered?
1. Damage caused by consumers due to improper use, maintenance and storage (such as the input of inappropriate voltage, liquid injection, modification, mechanical damage, impact, etc.), or damage caused by consumers" installation;
2. Damage caused by force majeure, such as earthquake, fire, flood, typhoon, etc.;
3. Damages caused by unauthorized maintenance, overhaul and disassembly by Mcdodo service personnel;
4. The original serial number label of the product has been altered, replaced, torn, etc.;
5. The product does not have a serial number, and the product model and serial number on the warranty certificate do not match the actual product;
6. The product exceeds the warranty period specified by the company.
