From the 5th of April 2022, we have introduced flexible returns to make returning your items as easy as possible, If you decide to return an item, let us know within 14 days of receiving it.
We will send you an envelope (or box) with paid postage, all you have to do is seal it with the item you want to return and then drop it off at a convenient drop-off point, we can also arrange pick-up for you with one of our UK couriers free of charge. Upon receiving the item by us we will then issue you with a refund. If you have asked for a replacement we will ship your order once our courier collects the returned item.
