We are based in the United Kingdom, the countries we ship to currently are the United Kingdom, United States, France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Italy and Finland.

How long for international deliveries?

Shipping time is 2 business days for international orders, standard and tracked on request and it takes 8 to 10 days to arrive.

How do I know if you have received my order?

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number and confirming your ordered items. If you have any queries, please quote your order number when e-mailing or phoning us. If you choose a specified delivery service, If you requested a tracking number when checking out with your purchase, we will send you another e-mail containing your tracking reference, once your order has been dispatched.

How do you send out my order?

All orders are sent in ordinary packaging. Your order will arrive in a branded or plain padded envelope or box. There are no labels on the packaging except for the delivery address. There is no reference to what is contained in the envelopes or boxes. Inside there will be your order and an invoice for your order.

I have bought your products on other platforms like eBay, Amazon, etc.. can I still have the warranty and replacement service?

Our warranty is only valid for products purchased from Mcdodo (UK) only.
