International Products

International products have separate terms, are sold from abroad and may differ from local products, including fit, age ratings, and language of product, labelling or instructions.

Products Sold by Other Suppliers

Only products that have been purchased from Mcdodo (UK) directly can benefit from our service, Mcdodo (UK) is not responsible for issues with Mcdodo products if they have been purchased from other suppliers other than Mcdodo (UK).

Contacting Mcdodo (UK)

Our customer service is available for customers who have a question, a suggestion or queries regarding an order, we keep your data in accordance with our data holding T&C and we may ask for your order ID if you contact us and confirm your order before assisting you, your order ID will be sent automatically in the order confirmation email, please contact us if you have not received your order confirmation email after your purchase.

Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, fees, and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) levied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, customs fees, and/or VAT charged by your government, as Mcdodo (UK) has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact the local customs office in the relevant jurisdiction for additional information on customs policies or duties. International orders will not be refunded for failure to pay import duties, taxes or fees.

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payments, Paypal, Google, and Apple Pay on compatible devices and browsers.

When confirmation of the order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in case a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a price change, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 240-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Shipping & Delivery

International deliveries will be dispatched using the buyer’s preferred method of shipping.

For UK orders we offer free delivery on all orders.

2-day delivery is only available for purchase Monday to Thursday before 5 pm UK time, any purchases after 5 pm will NOT be delivered within 2 days.
